ABOUT ME

Over the last 3 years I have dialed in my training and eating. I’ve got results I never believed possible. I have witnessed the profound impact of mindful eating on my own health, as I overcame an eating disorder years ago. I am certified by the #1 nutrition coaching organization; Precision Nutrition, and I have studied nutrition in and out of school for years.


My approach goes beyond calorie counting; it’s about fostering a positive relationship with food and empowering you to make informed choices that align with your lifestyle. Join me in making nutrition not just a choice but a sustainable lifestyle!
