What exactly is coaching? 

A nutrition coach is a trained professional dedicated to assisting you in achieving your individual dietary and wellness objectives. This is typically achieved through regular one-on-one or group meetings aimed at helping you unlock your full potential in life. An experienced coach can present a variety of tools and techniques while providing a structured plan. 


What types of people turn to coaching? 

Any type of person can turn to coaching, however it is usually most beneficial for people who want to improve their lives and make more progress towards their goals. If you have been struggling with eating structure, not seeing results on your fitness journey, or simply want to live a more happy, confident life, coaching is for you.


What happens over the course of coaching sessions?

Usually, we start with an assessment of your current goals, problems, frustrations, and areas you feel need improvement. At the end of every session, I will talk you through the next actionable steps and procedures to help you continue to make progress.

Sessions tend to last 60 minutes and all information is 100% confidential.

My approach to coaching is based on my greatest successes and failures, my love for helping others live a better, more enjoyable life, and my background in nutrition studies (in and out of school). I typically work with young men and women who truly seek to make a positive change in their lives, the type change that drives confidence and fulfillment. 


How is nutrition coaching different from fitness coaching?

Nutrition coaching also involves the way you eat, sleep, recover, view yourself, plan your time, as well as fuel your workouts and performance. Nutrition coaching often includes talking about working out and exercise, as you tend to find both go hand in hand.


Is there a benefit to working with a certified nutrition coach? 

Yes! A certified nutrition coach, especially one certified by the world’s largest and most respected private nutrition coaching and education company in the world (Precision Nutrition), is truly certified to help you make real, lasting results. A certified nutrition coach has typically worked with a coach themselves, so they know how it feels to be in your position. 



I live in country x. Will this be a problem?

No! Online coaching is accessible worldwide, whether that be from your room, a coffee shop in Thailand, or a beach in Bali (as long as there’s wifi!). You will need a digital device, like a smartphone, tablet, or computer.


What’s the best way to get started?

Book a free consultation where you will discuss your goals and situation. The best way to get started is to simply start. Don’t wait. Don’t put your goals on hold. Sign up to make a change. 


How long do people work with coaches? 

Typically, single sessions do not yield results. 1 month, 3 months, or ideally 6 is ideal to create lasting habits and real change. It is up to the client to let the coach know when their time is complete, hopefully the time where they have truly accomplished their goals and got the most out of the teachings.


How much does coaching cost:

Please refer to pricing plans as prices vary, but also know that the first consultation is FREE, and if you do sign up and pay for coaching but don’t see results in the time frame we establish together, we will coach you until you see results, for FREE.
